For over a decade KAI has been a foremost source for automotive parts and accessories imported from S. Korea. We have always conducted business from both the USA and S.Korea offering goods imported from around the world. However, due to internal issues between our USA and S. Korea branches, 2014 was a rough year (to say the least). Many customers have been effected by our supply issues for goods imported from Korea, for this we extend our sincerest apologies. We are taking the necessary steps to rectify all pending orders/issues before the close of Jan 2015. Changes are currently being made to improve customer service and overall communication. Our apologies to anyone still awaiting communication/resolution.

Deactivated Items / Korea Accessories:

Many of you have noticed for months we have taken measures to remove/deactivate a large number of items. We will no longer be importing goods from Korea to our USA warehouse for distribution. Beginning Feb. 2015 we will begin accepting orders for goods imported from Korea. However, handling each order manually to provide an accurate ETA based on the specific item(s) and shipment destination. We ask for your cooperation and understanding in advance. It is ultimately our goal to provide prompt shipment of your goods, therefore all "special orders" for goods from Korea will be sent direct from Korea via express air freight carrier w/ tracking and insurance. Please contact us directly to obtain a quote (goods + shipment) for any deactivated items (ie: items lacking a checkout button).

USA ITEMS IN STOCK:

Beginning this year, any item with an active checkout button is either IN STOCK in our Arizona facility or manufactured in the USA allowing for prompt shipment. Our emphasis will now be focused on goods MADE IN THE USA. Expect to see a large number of high quality products manufactured stateside for your Kia or Hyundai vehicle in 2015!

WHOLESALE DEALERS:

Over the years we have developed strong relationships with dealers and private shops worldwide. We strive to support our dealers as their businesses depend upon us. Therefore, if you would rather purchase from one of our dealers please contact us directly with your location. We will provide the contact information of our nearest and/or most reliable dealer.

USA WARHOUSE CLEARANCE:

We have a massive inventory of goods imported from Korea & Europe in our USA warehouse which will be offered at BLOWOUT pricing. Items are continuously added to our “SALE” section found on our homepage/header toolbar, so check back often! We will also begin utilizing our Facebook page to share special deals on IN STOCK and CLEARANCE items.

OPEN MARKETPLACE:

If you are a manufacturer or distributor of parts and accessories made for Korean vehicles we invite you to sell your parts along side ours! Contact marketplace@koreanautoimports.com for enrollment information. Personal classifieds will also be made available to customers looking to sell their new or used parts and accessories to fellow owners. Additionally, forum admins are encouraged to reach-out for cross-promotion opportunities.
