Please be aware, unauthorized distributors (whether Domestic or Overseas) selling goods through independent websites, online marketplaces or direct in-person sales are void from offering the security of available manufacturer warranties. CHROME TRIM PARTS:
All Stainless Steel / Chrome Trim parts offered are covered by manufacturer warranty for the duration of original ownership. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, under normal and intended use. Manufacturer will repair or replace any defective items that were properly installed as outlined in the published installation instructions included with each kit. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Sherwood Automotive.
GRILLS:
All E&G Classics Inc Mesh Grills (full replacement or inlay) are covered by an industry leading 3 YEAR, 36k mile warranty. MGP CALIPER COVERS:
Sherwood Automotive is a stocking WD (warehouse distributor) for MGP Caliper Covers. All purchases are backed by MGPs 3 Year warranty against any manufacturer defects. This warranty is also extended to custom engraved, custom painted sets when purchased through our independent website(s).
BODY KITS / AERO PARTS:
Fiberglass imported body kits / aero parts are backed by Sherwood Automotive for the duration of 1 year from the date of purchase. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Sherwood Automotive.
ELECTRICAL / LIGHTING ITEMS:
Electrical / Lighting items are guaranteed to arrive in the advertised condition and perform properly upon initial installation by a professional auto electrician. Verifiable professional installation is required for all electrical/lighting items to be eligable for return/exchange of replacement parts. There are no cash refunds for electrical/lighting items. There is no warranty for any electrical/lighting item beyond initial quality when installed by a professional auto electrician. EMBLEMS:
All LODEN brand full replacement front/rear badges include a manufacturer 3yr all weather warranty. Tomato A&P, Brenthon, Tigris, WING V emblems are backed by Sherwood Automotive for the duration of 1 year from the date of purchase. All other emblem brand/styles are eligible for cost replacements within 1 year of purchase. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use. The warranty is also void if product has been modified or altered in any respect from its original design without written authorization from Sherwood Automotive. While replacement product is covered 100%, reshipment costs along with any applicable duty/vat are the customers responsibility for replacement of used product. Reshipment costs are handled by Sherwood Automotive for any warranty claims filed prior to installation/use. Emblem warranty applicable for purchases made from October 2012 (inception of warranty policy).
WINDOW VISORS:
While great care is taken in quality control and repackaging of our window visors, from time to time damage will occur during transit. If ever a damaged visor(s) is received, replacement(s) will be sent expedited without the need for return/exchange. Our high quality tinted visors are guaranteed not to fade or discolor (like other brands) for the life of the vehicle. Chrome plated visors are backed by Sherwood Automotive for the duration of 1 year from the date of purchase. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original charges. The warranty does not cover damaged due to misuse, or collision, or negligence. The warranty excludes all damages from mishap during other-than-normal driving conditions including off-road use.
